I see nation building as having our troops stand between two warring factions and hope that they'll stop fighting and get along. I don't think what we did in Afghanistan or Iraq to be nation building.

John Kerry believes the people of Iraq should still be ruled by Saddam when he decides to pander to the same kind of extremists he was willingly part of in the early 1970s. Our actions in Iraq have left Al Qaeda a far less formidable force than it was in 2001. The notion that we are "losing" in Iraq is an insult to all of the troops who have done their part to create an Iraq that is far better off than it was before, as well as an America that is far more safer than it was on 9/11.
