And it's why the approval rating is lower than the President's. If they let the President get away with this, then they deserve a lower approval rating.

Investigations into the actions of this administration have been rendered moot by their own actions. If there are indictments and convictions, bush will commute the sentence. If congress subpeonas testimony from anyone in the administration - past or present - bush will claim that they're covered by executive privilege and forbid their testimony. Hence, what's the point of continuing the investigations? It's time to move to the next step - articles of impeachment. On BOTH bush and cheney - two birds with one stone. It's hard to tell which one is more responsible for the corruption anyway.
