It actually completed about 2 minutes after 9 this morning which would have been when I originally completed the credit card information. They are going to manually run those cards and send out confirmation emails. They also said they would delete duplicate attempts for the same person so they won't charge anyone twice! Good news if you made it to the "decline" message!
