I presume it will be the same this year, but then again, they made some major changes in the Dinner Packages, so who really knows.....

So long as it's on Main Street, I agree. When they held the processional at the Fantasyland Theatre, I would have put them on similar levels.

Do you have to pay tax & tip on top of the package price? Do the more expensive packages get priority seating?

In years past there has also been a stand-by line where Guests could wait and see if there is extra seating available. They fill the extra seats with Guests in that line first before opening it to those standing at the ropes. The line has been located at the North end of Town Square and it has been labeled with a sign so you know where to stand. In years past Guests in this line have been able to get seats because there are generally seats available. It has even opened up to those along the ropes after the stand-by line has been seated. If you daughter's friend can tell you which side she'll be on then that might help you decide where to stand if you decide to stay in the standing area. It is definitely possible to see from many areas of Town Square but many areas are roped off very early. Have a great time and enjoy the show!!

That said, the crowd does clear out between shows so if you go to the second one you could walk up a lot later and get a good view. Either way it's worth seeing and a great evening!

Generally they have Guests with tickets line up on both sides of the trainstation on the south side until they begin seating. It used to be open seating in the sections, but last year they did seat row by row and make Guests move all the way down. I do not know how they will do it this year but I know that the row by row annoyed many people last year. The lesson learned was that last year they did not allow for people to sit with others in their group unless they were actually standing together in line. I was with a relatively large group and in years past we were able to meet up once in the seating area and sit together. Last year we were not able to do that.
