I also know that Europeans are not as friendly as Americans, especially when it comes to the CMs. All CMs I have met at DLP were frindly, nice, helpful and polite, but of course not as over friendly as US-CMs. I don't like this over friendliness, because it's fake and so I'm quite happy with DLP's CMs. DLP is in a country that doesn't speak English. Maybe they should first ask the CM, if it's possible to talk in English, but most people just go to a CM and start talking in English. My French isn't that good, but at least I can ask to switch to English. That shows respect and the French CMs are happy and switch to English. Just because DLP was built by an American company, doesn't mean they have to behave like their US colleagues. Cultures are different in different countries, no matter if the parks belong to the same company. Compared to the American parks, DLP will always lose, just because there are so many different cultures in Europe. If I drive three hours I can visit seven different countries with different languages and cultural backgrounds. In the US you English and Spanish. So I guess that also helps WDW CMs.

Did Mom realize that maybe she shouldn't have tried to squeeze by, or just let it go, given the crowds on the castle bridge? Nope. She decided to run right back and launch a loud tirade at the lady in the ECV. How dare the lady in the ECV run her kid's foot over when there was no room for her to get out of the way?!? Of course, the kid was bawling, although I think it was more because Mom yanked the kid back over to the lady with the ECV and was screaming in the kid's ear as well as the lady's. Seriously, folks?
