I'm pretty danged sure the lyrics are "NOW is the time, NOW is the best time, NOW is the best time of your life". Or am I just being picky?

It would make sense to have an updated CoP present the 50's, the 70's, the 90's, and the future. I just don't see that happening though... replacing everything would be way more money than Disney would want to spend on it.

Why does everything have to be modernized ? I am not a person who lives in the past but once in a while I like to visit it. Both of my kids love COP ( 11 and 21) and have had great questions about some of the stuff in there that they would never see otherwise---is that so bad ? I like to see WDW get new attactions but let's look at the history of what 'updating' has gotten us. Politically correct pirates getting beaten up by broom wielding wenches, an obnoxious tiki room, a journey into your imagination where the highlight literally stinks, an alien ride that now also literally stinks ( chili dog) - a main street that has become a plush mall......tell me where any of these have been improvements. And saving the best for last - turning a submarine voyage into a Sears catalog playground. I love the new attractions when they are added...and agree the park should never continue to grow-- but why wipe away ALL of the past ? Want a 21st century CoP -- build a new one - CoP 2 - really follow the path thru time -- sometimes a classic is a classic -- let them remove CoP and what's next -- HM ?

The first scene where the daughter is brushing her hair, getting ready for her "date" on valentines day, her hand and wrist have become unattached to her arm and is swinging freely in the breeze. Third scene, apparently the father was doing an impression of Edgar Bergan because his lips didn't move throughout the entire scene. Also the picture on the tiny TV where grandma is yelling at the fighters would be impossible to identify if you hadn't seen it before because nothing was on the screen. I don't have a problem with mechanical things breaking down but I do have a problem with continuing the show inspite of the lack of working parts. I seems to me that Disney really doesn't care and wants to get rid of it. If the thing isn't working it will just become a laughing stock and not a serious show. Corporate planned set up for rejection and closure to follow.
