    That said...

It IS outdated, and it IS in need of a change.

But, it shouldn't change in it's format.

Keep the song. Keep the family.

Do what you will with the time periods. If anything, it can show the future, and in different topics.

    It can show the past.

It can show just about any corporate message needed, but it needs to retain the family and the song. That's the REAL basis of the show.

And if that should ever come to pass, I would hope that the old scenes and props would be saved and be preserved properly.

Even Buzz Lightyear is more enjoyable in France, since the pistols are not attached to the vehicle. However Stitch's Great Escape was not bad at all.

SGE is a front to all that is good an holy in this world. I can only hope this is the next attraction to catch fire in the MK.

Compared to the other attractions currently found in Tomorrowland it was fine. I've enjoyed it a lot more than MILF or SM. I don't like toons being added to attractions, but unfortunately I've never experienced the version without Stitch.

I'm sorry, but what do you mean with that sentence?

In 2008, when we have been to WDW, Tomorrowland, like the whole MK, wasn't in a very good state. So it seems the situation didn't improve.

Supposedly construction was going to begin in September, but nothing's happened yet. I suspect that it will begin in January, after the holiday crowds are gone. I think it's supposed to be ready in 2013, but the date may be earlier than that. It will be princesses during the day, and will still host the swing dancing on weekend nights, as it has for decades. The setting will be a little different, but I'm sure the crowds will still come; plus it will now be productive use of space during the day!

    >>SM is lame and can't be compared to Paris' version.<<

You'll find this is the case with any version of it around the world. Paris' version (though I haven't been on Mission 2) completely blows the others away. WDW is definitely the dullest of the others (DL, TDL, and HKDL have the same track layout), but they're all pretty tame in comparison to DLP.

    That's apples to oranges, Hokie.

CoP is in bad condition, but that doesn't detract from it's meaning, history, or story.

Not very PC, using that as an analogy to CoP only being the best of a very poor group...

    Just saying...

It's time to update it and bring it into the 21 century. The last act is a disaster.

The preshow video does do this, but it's often drowned out by Stitch's dance party.

CoP is also done no favors by being in SciFi land.

It would be much more suited to be in EPCOT, where it's implicitl message would fit... Even in today's fractured FW.
