While I am sure there are lots of locals that were in attendance, I'm not a Southern Californian, and I certainly encountered a lot of out of area Disney fans, even from outside the U.S.! Considering that the Expo is being used to promote what's coming up, I suspect the emphasis isn't so much on a WDW attraction in need of TLC but the spirit behind the attraction, a great big beautiful tomorrow and all that.

If polled, I wonder how many attendees would say that they have been to WDW as well as DLR. I think you would find that people inclined to attend the Expo are at least familiar with WDW offerings, even if they have never been there before.

I would love for this to tie in with a refurb for the CoP, but I think it's more of just playing with words for a title.
