Assuming that they relocate a version from elsewhere, it would seem that the ROI would be very good as compared to building another big-iron E-ticket (which they should do as well, but this doesn't happen overnight). Although some say it's a bit "tired" in the US parks, since HKDL's primary audience is one to which Disneyland and Disney stuff in general is new, I think the MSEP would be great. It's just the kind of thing that Disney does so well that's hard to find elsewhere.
