Maybe you could use the Pixie picture from the Pirates ride breakdown.

Maybe they will become New Year's cards, or Post Christmas cards?

Hee-hee the Ghost of Christmas Cards would be more appropriate.

In the church calendar, Christmas lasts from December 25th until January 6th. It isn't just one day. Just tell people that you wanted their cards to arrive later in the 12 days of Christmas to spread the joy of the season out a little.

I still have to make Peanut Butter Chocolate bars (really easy and really tasty. I think I sent the recipe to Lady Kluck) today and finish the bread and cookies.

Tomorrow I have to make Monkey Bread w/the kids plus a quiche and eggnog. Not too bad.

I just realized that I forgot to embroider names on the little stockings I bought to put gift cards in, so I've got to do that tonight.

I've also gots and lots of dishes from all of the baking.

I finished wrapping everything two days ago but my kids and dogs ruined the wrapping on a HUGE, heavy present for my SIL. I'm debating whether or not I should just tape over the parts that got ripped. Someone also put a wet gumdrop on the box, so there's a weird stain. I'm out of bows, so I might put another label/tag over it.

I've been really, really depressed the past couple of days, so I haven't done much. I feel a little better today and keeping busy definitely helps.

Tom, if I had known you were without cookies, I would have delivered some to you!

I must admit, I've been drinking some coconut rum-spiked eggnog this afternoon so I can't really go anywhere right now. LOL

I forgot, I have to make a chocolate pecan pie tomorrow too. We'll be at my SIL's most of the day, so it's going to be a challenge...especially if I keep drinking the eggnog. :)

I finally finished the gingerbread cookies (we kept things easy w/just one cookie cutter-a gingerbread man, of course), baked the panettone and the pb bars are in the oven. I don't like store-made eggnog, so I made some today. I only drank 2 glasses (but they were big. 'hic!)

Today has been quite nice pleasant. I really enjoyed baking today. It was nice because I wasn't rushing to get it all done. It was just for our enjoyment so I didn't have to stress about everything being perfect, etc.

I'm kind of glad I waited until the last minute :)
