Seeing that I HATE Space Mountain's "skinny" seating, I probably would not be a fan on DL's Splash....Is it the same?

Gotta declare a tie between the Mansions, both work well in their respective areas.

    I love these ...

FWIW, on an attraction basis, very few attractions that exist in both parks are better at MK.

Mansion is NOW, but only by a smidge.

BTMRR has always been better, although I've never seen it in worse show condition than last month.

Splash Mountain is when it is in top show quality, again something that happens infrequently. I haven't been on it since last summer so I can't say.

SW used to be, but now isn't at all (even with DL's truncated ending).

You might argue Pooh is better in O-Town, but DL's true hundred acre woodlike setting pushes it over MK's tired 1970s facade.

Everything else that exists in both parks is vastly superior in DL.

Need to keep posts like this on speed paste/dial.

Dont get me wrong, DL's is great but very small and crowded. It will be nice they will both be different instead of cloning.

Sure, but they can also make it different by building new, actual attractions. Not glorified meet and greets.

Not to mention Dumbo with fountains, Small World that practically has it's own themed area, out door Tea Cups with pretty Chinese lanterns at night...I'll take this Fantasyland any day over MK's wide walkway Fantasyland with not much to do.

Agreed. It'll look fantastic. It'll just need attractions after that.

It needs another D or C, and one B.

Basically, Toad, and perhaps something like a spinner or a train ride.

I'd argue that it needs a REAL E, another D (Mermaid type) and a couple of B's (like the fairy version of Mater's that will likely not get built, but is planned).

It's what DL doesn't have that counts also. No CoP, and no People Mover.

I grew up dreaming of Sleeping Beauty's Castle EE. I wanted to go so badly when they opened DL.

I didn't get the chance to go until 1967. I was so disppointed when I finally saw that Castle. It was a shrimp. I was not impressed at all. Flash forward to 1996. When I decided to go to WDW I asked a friend if the Castle there was better than DL's. He said much better.

I was a very happy person when I saw Cindy's Castle. To quote Crocodile Dundee, "Now that's a Castle".

Attractions cost lots of money. CM's, and crayons cost very little.
