Pneumonia, unless you just ignore it forever or refuse to treat it, is generally easily managed and, you know, temporary. Two weeks from now, Hillary Clinton won't have pneumonia. Two weeks from now Donald Trump will still be a completely unqualified, clinically narcissistic, serial liar and con man who is emotionally 9 years old and has no business being anywhere near the Oval Office. That said, it also drives me crazy the way they handled this. Basically, you treat pneumonia with anti-biotics and rest - doing nothing. They did the first, but the second really seems counter to who she is, and she tried to "power through it," which is okay for a cold, but not really for pneumonia. Hey, people get pneumonia. She should have just said so. Sure, the right wing media/blogosphere would have made hay on that, but it would have been over in a week or two, actually EXPLAINED the coughing fits, and relatively quickly forgotten. Instead she made it way worse. Still...now that we know what it was, let's remember what the two candidates are going to be two weeks from now (see above).
>>Sure, the right wing media/blogosphere would have made hay on that<< To say the least. They've constructed this narrative questioning her health, and like all humans, sooner or later she does get sick. Of course, this is all a major distraction away from things like Trump's disgusting statements, non release of tax returns, and a doctor's note written by Dr. Ronald J. Trum, PHD, USGA, Top Doctor of Earth, who has declared him the healthiest person ever to run for the presidency. Those crazy doctors, always writing things like that. I'm so sick of this election, maybe I need to see a doctor.
Where has Hillary been for the last four days? Wasn't her campaigning supposed to resume today? Is she at Bohemian Grove having her blood changed out for that of infants? I'm concerned.
I am reminded of W.C. Fields, "Yes, I Am Drunk, But Tomorrow I Will Be Sober, And You Will Still Be a Fool"
