    Height-check
    Age-Well, I'm 19 (ha!)

    2. Live somewhere between Santa Nella and Sacramento.

I live somewhere between Santa Maria and San Diego.

    3. Be willing to make bi-monthly pilgrimages to DL.

    check.

    4. Be willing to ride each and every attraction in both parks and watch all shows, parades and the fireworks.

    check.

    5. Enjoy DL in the rain.

check-check. Best time ever to go.

    6. In addition to DL, must be willing to sacrifice the body at other theme parks. Special consideration will be given to coaster junkies.

check for me, sometimes for DH

    7. Be willing to go out to dinner at least one a week and also know what phở is. (Fluency with Sporks and Chopsticks not required but highly recommended.)

I own two sporks and wear chopsticks in my hair. I enjoy eating food, too. Isn't phở 3.14?

8, Be willing to veg out bi-weekly, on a Friday or Saturday evening, eat pizza and watch a video or 2 at home , at least one of which is Disney.

Oh, I don't eat vegetables. I do like pizza.

    9. Have a Disney Shrine in their house and understand that this is perfectly normal.

This assumes ONE shrine. HHHm, not sure if this is up to my standards. What does your office look like?

    10. Have a car that can fit 4 adults comfortably for joint trips of longer than 20 minutes. Our S10 and Firebird have been a point of contention. I will upgrade with next vehicle purchase.

check. We also rent larger cars as needed for comfort on special trips.

    11. Be willing to share grandkids until such time as we have our own.

Wait, we don't even have out own kids. May we borrow yours?

    12. Own a highly energetic long-haired dachshund that welcomes us excitedly when we visit.

We do own a white Molly named Bruce 2. He does get excited when people approach his tank.

Well, I don't see a 100% match here. I think we are geographically undesireable and we fear the dog will eat our fish.

    LOL!

Love your fish's name. Oh adorable is Bruce!?!?!

I think that Shiva & Tinkeroon would be honored to claim you as Clones, geographically-challenged or not. xoxo

Tinkeroon and I do not have grandkids nor a doggie (except the "x01" posts here on LP.) As far as I see it, the only major disqualification is geographical and as we spend so much time at DL, even that is not a huge issue. I'd have to say that you're #1 in the running right now.

(Bruce 2 is the perfect fish. He is large for his species, and he is all white with a tint of orange. Bruce the First was also large and had a green tint. Naturally, when one has tropical fish and the male dominant is so incredibly dominant, he is named after Jaws. Well, Bruce 2 lives up to his predecessor's looks, but is more like Bruce from Finding Nemo.)

Our son had a beta named Beta Fett. That's about it for our clever-name department.

    2. Live somewhere between Santa Nella and Sacramento.
If I put a ruler vertical on a map, we are directly above Mexicali, Baja Mexico. If I angle the ruler the way the United States curves, we are directly above Merced. I believe that qualifies us as you didn't specify WHERE between Sacramento and Santa Nella we needed to live.

    3. Be willing to make bi-monthly pilgrimages to DL.
It wouldn't be for lack of trying. Perhaps long weekends if we fly.

    4. Be willing to ride each and every attraction in both parks and watch all shows, parades and the fireworks.
    Without a doubt.

    5. Enjoy DL in the rain.
We would enjoy Disneyland if it were snowing (real snow!) and 30 degrees! :)

    6. In addition to DL, must be willing to sacrifice the body at other theme parks. Special consideration will be given to coaster junkies.
Did someone say coaster??? We are so there!

    7. Be willing to go out to dinner at least one a week and also know what phở is. (Fluency with Sporks and Chopsticks not required but highly recommended.)
We can go out to dinner once a week, but unfortunately we won't be with you!

8, Be willing to veg out bi-weekly, on a Friday or Saturday evening, eat pizza and watch a video or 2 at home , at least one of which is Disney.
We can do that too but again, unfortunately it won't be with you two.

    9. Have a Disney Shrine in their house and understand that this is perfectly normal.
Have we mentioned we have an entire room devoted to Disney?

    10. Have a car that can fit 4 adults comfortably for joint trips of longer than 20 minutes. Our S10 and Firebird have been a point of contention. I will upgrade with next vehicle purchase.
On our last vehicle purchase one of our priorities was having a four-door.

    11. Be willing to share grandkids until such time as we have our own.
That will never happen as we don't have children of our own, but we will be happy to have a cat-exchange program with you.

    12. Own a highly energetic long-haired dachshund that welcomes us excitedly when we visit.
With five cats that will never happen either. Sorry! :(

    How'd we do????

Yes! I'm right in there, as you could tell! :) (And TinksGuy is just a little older and a little taller, so it's all good)

    2. Live somewhere between Santa Nella and Sacramento.

I do believe the Phoenix, AZ area qualifies nicely, don't you?

    3. Be willing to make bi-monthly pilgrimages to DL.

Easily. Monthly would be sweet, but I would deign to reconcile for bi-monthlies. :)

    4. Be willing to ride each and every attraction in both parks and watch all shows, parades and the fireworks.

    Always. Forever and ever, amen.

    5. Enjoy DL in the rain.

♫Oh, how I love the rainy days, walking DL with the ones I love♫

    6. In addition to DL, must be willing to sacrifice the body at other theme parks. Special consideration will be given to coaster junkies.

We shall have to negotiate at some point...ply me with enough chocolate and I'll do most anything. TinksGuy...it's all child's play to him after his Army adventures, so he's up for it.

    7. Be willing to go out to dinner at least one a week and also know what phở is. (Fluency with Sporks and Chopsticks not required but highly recommended.)

Thanks to JazzCat and Google, I could do the pho now that (a) know what it is, and (b) see that it involves meat. Yum. Sporks? Check. Chopsticks? I will be delightfully messy and yet lean by the time I master them fully.

8, Be willing to veg out bi-weekly, on a Friday or Saturday evening, eat pizza and watch a video or 2 at home , at least one of which is Disney.

Oh, but of course. Vintage Disney? Are we talking Swiss Family Robinson here? Old Yeller? :) Pepperoni? Lots of cheese? Ovaltine, perhaps?

    9. Have a Disney Shrine in their house and understand that this is perfectly normal.

    But of course.

    10. Have a car that can fit 4 adults comfortably for joint trips of longer than 20 minutes. Our S10 and Firebird have been a point of contention. I will upgrade with next vehicle purchase.

Well, we have matching 2009 Vibes. One for us and one for you. We can chug along quite nicely as Heimlich does in his Chew Chew Train. (Actually, they have quite a lot of pep)

    11. Be willing to share grandkids until such time as we have our own.

    ♫You want thingamagrandkids? I've got 20♫

    12. Own a highly energetic long-haired dachshund that welcomes us excitedly when we visit.

*sniffle* Grew up with a short-haired red dachshund since I was 6 months old. Got a replacement dachshund in high school.

Other than that, we also have 2 cats (Rhett and Scarlett) that will also sleep in your general direction like another candidate's does.

Thank-you for your consideration, there may be additional questions asked during the personal interviews.

    Oh, I hope so! xoxoxo

    Ummm. No. DANG IT!

    3. Be willing to make bi-monthly pilgrimages to DL.

    I WISH.

    4. Be willing to ride each and every attraction in both parks and watch all shows, parades and the fireworks.

    A thousand times YES!

    5. Enjoy DL in the rain.

A thousand and one times YES!

    6. In addition to DL, must be willing to sacrifice the body at other theme parks. Special consideration will be given to coaster junkies.

OMG, you are my kind of people.

    7. Be willing to go out to dinner at least one a week and also know what phở is. (Fluency with Sporks and Chopsticks not required but highly recommended.)

Well we would be if we met requirement number two... I do like phở. There is a restaurant near me called "What the phở" and another called "phở Kim." :D

8, Be willing to veg out bi-weekly, on a Friday or Saturday evening, eat pizza and watch a video or 2 at home , at least one of which is Disney.

    That would be AMAZING.

    9. Have a Disney Shrine in their house and understand that this is perfectly normal.

I have to admit that now? Ok, YES!

    10. Have a car that can fit 4 adults comfortably for joint trips of longer than 20 minutes. Our S10 and Firebird have been a point of contention. I will upgrade with next vehicle purchase.

Well, yes, but we still can't get past requirement number two!

    11. Be willing to share grandkids until such time as we have our own.

Dang it, I guess that is another strike against us. We'd have to have KIDS before we could have GRANDKIDS. ;)

    12. Own a highly energetic long-haired dachshund that welcomes us excitedly when we visit.

We have a highly energetic beagle and a highly energetic golden retriever... huh, huh??? ;)
