My info from another topic i just posted on off propertie hotels. I would recommend the Park Vue Inn. It has a nice assortment of room layouts including Bunk Beds and suites with 3 Queen beds. That along with decent prices and a better than average Breakfast plus the evening/afternoon social hour food give it a bump as well. Other aspects would be that it is DIRECTLY across Harbor from the main entrance the only other hotel like that is the BWPPI&S though as the hotels on Harbor tend to be long and skinny so the distance to the front of one to the next is minor. The distance to your room from the street however may not be. They have nice people working there. You get a goodie basket in your room on check in. Free bottled water and cookies in the lobby. Good pool and hot tub centrally located. IHOP and Cold Stone right there. Good little store next to the laundry room. We would stay there again. We have also stayed at: Best Western PPI&S Carousel Inn Ramada Inn Main Gate Camelot Inn Disneyland Hotel (pre update) I can’t say I would not stay at any of the hotels we have been at as nothing really stands out good or bad either way beyond the convieneance of the 4 or so hotels that are directly across the street. Going North from the crosswalk BWPPI&S, Tropicana Inn (haven’t stayed there no opinion), Camelot Inn, Fairfield Inn (haven’t stayed here since it was the Ramada back in 1994) going south PVI, Del Sol (haven’t stayed here no opinion), BW Plus (haven’t stayed here no opinion) The main reason I like the hotels across on Harbor is that i am basically a lazy bastard (as Mele can attest) and the thought of walking even as far as HoJo's at the end of the day exhausts me the distance to and from the hotels on harbor and the DLH is about the same per my GPS watch used on previous trips.
