Making guests happy is a fun part of my job, watching a child brighten up if I give them a sticker, or seeing the smile on an adult's face when I can answer a very serious Disney question. (For example, I had a guest today ask me about Song of the South, and explained why the company doesn't release it in the United States. She was so happy we got into a long talk about Disney and she ended up being a member of the infamous Disneyland club 33.)

I just wish it happened a lot more than it does.I have seen far too many guests engaging in boorish behavior, sometimes bordering on illegal if not unsafe and CMs appear afraid to do anything and when asked they're afraid to lose their jobs because Disney always seems to take the guest side.
