Earplanes are these little plugs that you put in your ears while on an airplane to keep your ears from getting that knife puncturing through your eardrum agonizing pain that happens to some people while the plane is either landing or taking off. Not only was she polite and professional, she was also knowledgeable about the machine. However, i can't say the same for the other CM working with her who appeared totally out of touch and not knowledgeable about my requests. Discrepancies like that at WDW is what puts me off at times, but the nice CM was enough to give me some faith in the pool of CMs.

    And the milkshake analogy just doesn't add up either -- only if you were talking to the RPh and asking about like...Tylenol, vitamins, Tamiflu, pyridium, etc and that person didn't know ... would it work - Please just think about what you're saying please
