Not only was she polite and professional, she was also knowledgeable about the machine. However, i can't say the same for the other CM working with her who appeared totally out of touch and not knowledgeable about my requests. Discrepancies like that at WDW is what puts me off at times, but the nice CM was enough to give me some faith in the pool of CMs.
