Well, I'm sure Molly's schedule is already quite full. I really wouldn't want to put her out. So maybe I'll just pick up some Vicks, afterall. Don't you love clearance end-caps?! I found AirBorne for 75% off today. SCORE! (The Peach Tea flavor is delicious, BTW.) Plus I passed the security check and was able to buy pseudoephedrine! <<Does anyone remember Contac? My word, who needed amphetamines after taking one of those babies?>> I don't know that I ever took one, but I used to LOVE their jingle and commercials! I can still see those women dancing with their umbrellas while belting out "...those tiny time pills ticking away... Hey!" <<I've heard that a good sweat (working out, running, etc.) helps the body a bit.>> Thanks, son! I took your advice today. I put on a bathing suit and laid out in the sun for 40 minutes. Sweating with a bonus dose of Vitamin D -- and without actual exertion, which I'm not quite up to yet. DAY THREE SUMMARY: Good news: Feeling a bit better than yesterday. Anticipating the AirBourne might help. I'm making progress on my issues over not fully reconstituting the soup. (Thanks, lilgoofymom!) Bad news: My nose is chapped. I fear that my resistance to the slime that is VapoRub is weakening. Thanks again, everyone!

I wonder if the AirBorne is working, even though I started taking it late? I've been coughing a little, and I got comments all day long on how deep, raspy, and sexy my voice is. I'll keep taking aspirin and AirBorne. But I'm going to lay off the pseudophed tomorrow, and if I still have congestion or drainage I'm going to try something a nurse co-worker highly recommended to me tonight. I won't spell out the treatment here. It involves saline.

I didn't know that breast implants can cure a cold, Inspector. Just how sick are you?
