I knwo this because I have been in it. and there is a person running thenshow from the booth. There are also two followspot operators and 3 Stage managers that runn and work on the show.

    Actually the name is "Disney Dreams on Parade" and the city's name is Tokyo.
    "Parade of Dreams" is Disneyland's parade in Anaheim.
