I'm pretty sure "the decision" is when to have the Big Meet/Golden Doobies this year at DL. Many liked it in Dec and it might be moved to Dec more permanently, instead of going back to July 17. This thread is about if people can make it in July or Dec, both, neither, etc.. At least that's how I understood it.

My boss will be out of town for a couple of weeks and a co worker is going to Pennsylvania so that will leave us short handed at work. Leaving will be out of the question for me then. But, some of it depends on the dates they are gone. Neither one has given a definite date. So I'm going to approach the coworker and ask if she can arrange it later in the month. We will see. Hopefully we can work it all out.
