    They go for laughs rather than tears, and I don't think they played outside Illinois, but I love 'em. My fave is the one called "coaster" down at the bottom, just above the credits.

    I had not seen them.

    I just watched "Coaster" four times. It made me laugh out loud every single time. It's perfect! Those looks of resignation and exasperation are so univerally understood by anyone in a long-term relationship!

    I thought the milk-carton spot was just okay. First of all, is a housemate's drinking milk out of the carton a situation that real people personally relate to, or is it just a stock comedy issue? Second, it wasn't a "carton" she was drinking out of, it was a jug. Third -- and most important -- why give the narrator a British accent when you're trying to normalize things in Illinois? Great concept, poorly executed.

That has always been and will always be non-negotiable for me, and you should see the inside of my brain and the thoughts that go through it if someone starts driving before I'm buckled up!
