That is an understatement. We lost ours for almost a week. We could not even get in to try to cancel and start over (or whatever; my son handles this stuff.) But while my daughter's family was watching on their phones, notebooks, computers and TV we had nothing. We finally got it back and our WiFi went down for an evening. We finally have everything back.
