Quite frankly I wrote the comment quickly and was just trying to clear up the fact that Parade of Dreams is definitely NOT moving, yet Block Party Bash was the parade in consideration. So, not 'confirmed', but more than a handful of different sources are all saying the same thing, that so far it looks like a 'yes'. Again, just trying to help. =)

Also not all the US parades were cheap for one reason or another. Stars and Motors Cars became the financial disaster it is because of the cost of the vehicles (hence the desire to continue using the parade in another park). Disneyland's Parade of Dreams is also a very costly parade. Money isn't anything either. Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade is one of the best daytime parades I've seen at WDW for years and that wasn't costly. The Christmas makeover is also great fun.
