My point is that people here who espouse the conservative viewpoint, however, don't seem to really be able to form a cogent argument, or even understand when one is presented, as can be seen in post 21 here. A response such as that was really not unexpected. As far as Ed goes, he has some issues, and we really shouldn't be too abusive towards him, no matter what he says. He thinks he's being funny, but if you look at his website, it's apparent that a lot of drugs have been ingested over time. What I do with his posts is read maybe one sentence, skip the rest. Same with a couple of others on here now.

None of the so-called conservatives here can come up with any sort of reasoned argument. Instead, they call people pansises, and make other such comments as in the post I'm quoting. It's rather telling that they think they win an argument or a debate by making up falsehood, and are unable to use unbiased facts for their statements. Instead, they depend on slamming their fists down on the table, calling people "losers," and running off to declare victory. Meanwhile, not one thing they've said is of any worth at all. And it is sad, because there are valid conservative viewpoints. I hold some of them. We just don't see them here very much.
