But the most important thing was: I finished!

No compliments for me yet tho! Perhaps it's because you're already slim LVBelle? Maybe the muscle tone is showing :)

It's not too bad, stairs are the worst, shopping all day hurts too but it's getting better each day. I'm so frustrated and annoyed with myself. I am determined not to let it slow me down for too long, though. Grrr ;-)

At least my vow to give up sugar/junk food is still going strong. I went to 4 parties last week and was able to stick to the plan. I even went to Whole Foods today and didn't get any treats. Well, I bought some truffles with Omega oil in it. Surely THAT doesn't count. LOL

    Good luck to everyone! :)

Maybe you could do something none weight bearing in the meantime like cycling??

We have also made ourselves a sticker chart so we can see how many really active activities we are doing in a week. It is great for motivation.

I have just come back from the gym, 20 mins bike, 20 mins cross trainer, dozen sit ups, some core exercises and a set of stretches, didn't do treadmill today, as my knees were playing up a little, feeling good still though :)

Its kind of nice to know that being in shape, at least a little, does help with some things. With all the balancing and climbing it is a great arm and core area workout. I am sure we will be going back again this summer.

Today was the first day of summer I was actually able to sleep in, and my BF let me...isn't he sweet? :p

    There's a gym at BF's work, but one's for guests, and one's for employees...and I'm neither.

I wonder if I could sneak over there for 20 minutes?
