If it means anything to you Dave and Dan ...As I wander thru WDW and DL I often think of returning to discuss with Lpers on this site. I also think of the many friends that have disappeared and miss. Especially the people that are able to travel the real world and share. It certainly would have been Walt Disney's greatest wish to inspire and to explore and discover ... and discuss...the good and the bad.

When I was in the alps ,I went to see the matterhorn even though it was a 100 mile diversion because of DL. I always wanted to visit Africa and south America thanks to the jungle cruise (and have been on the Congo ,Nile and amazon in the real world since.

I studied international relations for my BSc and I swear it's a small world being my fav as a kid inspired that.

America the Beautiful wet my appetite as a kid to see the national parks. And I often thought of ATIS when in chemistry. And the peoplemover and monorail made me passionate about alternative transport and has inspired some of my real world work in community transport.

And it is not just Walt, epcot center and DAK inspired me in oh so many ways. In fact I was introduced to digital pen and paper at inventions and came back to the UK, pioneering the tech in health and social care, saving millions of £'s and making people's lives better. It also led to me winning a European innovation award and delivering the keynote speech at Anoto's international conference in Copenhagen in 2005 to delegates from Japan, Russia, India, Brazil, the us, Canada and a host of Europeans.

And yes, I would like my children to be inspired by a trip to a Disney park. And tsmm is not the way to do it. I own the game and have a 3D TV at home.

There are many ways of being rude beyond name calling. And you, Manfried, are being rude.

I disagree with davewasbaloo on a lot of things, but we always manage to carry on a discussion that highlights both sides. I know I learn a lot from these debates, and I'd like to think he does too. It's hard to continue a discussion that is no longer friendly.

If you can't see that, well, life goes on. But when more than one person has a problem with your style, there just might be something to consider there.

Personally I always prefer an open conversation in the hopes we can reach an accord.

Actually, it's not. Punching someone is violent. Doing bodily harm to someone is violent. Using a name isn't physical. It isn't violent.

It has becomes an argument that can't be beneficial in this discussion about Country Bear Christmas.
I wonder if the entire thread can be deleted since it is insulting to the original poster and the Country Bears in the holiday Spirit. Unless this makes WDW realize we definitely need more Christmas right this very minute.See how grumpy we all are because we did not get enough of the holidays in October and November and December.
Please Mr WDW we need the Country Bears Holiday and the Holiday lights returned to Epcot and the Dove of Peace flying over the Xmas tree. Maybe some extra sparkle in Small World and the ghosts could technically decorate for the holidays also. It will make the new year for 2013 more friendly for us all.
I thank you and look forward to the holiday season in full splendor.

Glad we can debate semantics since there's nothing exciting happening at WDW.
