Now that I'm constantly listening to the three shows on the CDs and watching the DVDs of them, I'd like to see all three shows in person again. From what I've seen/heard, Buff, Teddi, LiverLips, Terrence/Shaker, Ernest, Tennessee and Zeke are the ones whose appearances differ between DL and WDW.

The only reason I'm asking for a return is because it's been over 4 years since i've nseen an all English version in person AND the original show has been running in rotation for almost 14 years straight w/ the Christmas show. it's time for Wendell to stop whooping Lil' Beauford for the summer and instead asking FL audiences to "Say Cheese!"

Another question: the Christmas show came to DL in '84 and the VH in '86. Were those the same years that they debuted at WDW?

(meaning the majority of the year Original Ran then Christmas Special/Jingle Bell Jamboree openede in November) Vacation Hoedown replaced Original show @ BOTH DL & WDW in '86. Vacation played in both parks the majority of the year then in November The Christmas Special took over. in 1992 the Original show returned to WDW. Vacation remained @ DL. in '95 Tokyo added the Vacation Jamboree. They run all 3 shows depending on the season. Next year will be the Vacation Hoedown's 20th Birthday. This is why I am upset that WDW chooses not to use this version. 20 years is a historic occasion for a show.

I had never heard of them doing that before.

The video that I have of the Christmas show focuses on the Sun Bonnets, so their slide presentation is out of view. It's shows the final slides (the sled crashing into the cabin, everyone getting wet), though, so... what's going on in their slideshow? Thanks for the info of the dates; I wanted to put the Bears onto a disc and listen to it for leisure, like on my way to work or a bar fight, and I wanted to put the shows in order of their appearance rather than season.
