And I have read his stuff in the past. It's not accurate information. "But Lutz is less accurate than Jim Hill?" I think so. He's also less accurate than Screamscape. Less accurate than Marcie, as well. Sometimes she confirms what he says, sometimes not. Less accurate than Westcoaster, too. Some people here have said things like "Al Lutz has said this for months, so it is going to be like this." which is really simply ridiculous. He's not an oracle of truth. "I read Lutz' stuff voraciously. For the same reason that some folks buy and read the Enquirer, People, etc." I don't. I don't read the Enquirer, either. I'm interested in factual information. I rather doubt the 25% figure is low. It's probably rather high. I will read his stuff when people are talking about it and refer to it. When I do, I have to pour through the drivel to get to what they are talking about. Sometimes there is a nugget of information, but mostly it's junk. I've seen too many of his comments saying "This is going to happen," when nothing of the sort happens. I've seen too many of his statements that were so ridiculous they'd never possibly happen as being explained by "budget cuts." And I've seen too many people being hurt by his false reporting and weak fact checking. One person being hurt is enough. He has gotten better in recent times. But I still have no use for his brand of negativity and anger. It's a theme park. And it needs to be dealt with on an emotionally appropriate level.

In fact, Hill has backed off the parks rumors beat dramatically, and concentrates much more on the animation and film making side of the biz, and also spends lots of time putting out stuff like his current Scrooge thing. Screamcape to me seems to just repeat rumors that have been posted long before on other sites, or at best, just reports on what's already well known and obvious. Westcoaster hasn't had anything worthwhile in a real long while. Mostly it seems to be a bunch of juvenile chatroom inside joke crap, and it's very tedious to have to wade through all that stuff time after time just to get a real nugget of info that might be worth the slog through the mud. And I don't really need a website that shows pics of construction when Darkbeer does a much better job of it (and much more frequently) and conveniently provides links to his pics here on the boards. Marcie, I guess, is in a position with the company where she can't really give out much information. But what she finally does post is great, and I lap it up. But it's much too little, and too spread out. No... for me, Lutz is the guy. Reading his stuff is like chomping on a big box of popcorn while watching a summer action movie. Doesn't do anything to change the world, and sometimes even stretches credibility, but you just turn your disbelief knob way down and enjoy the ride. You don't have to like him, Jon, it's your preference, but you really ought to admit that he fills a big niche. Happy New Years.

The exact same Audio Animatronic structure used for Big Al was reused to make up the structure of the Oogie Boogie Audio Animatronic in the Haunted Mansion Holiday attraction at Disneyland until 2005 when an all new animatronic was added.

Whoopie its a Pixar theme park all the sudden but wait TOT is not based by a Pixar film either is the Muppets & so on. And wait aren't the Country Bears hillbillies? Ever heard of the Beverly Hillbillies? So look it goes good to me.

Nothing wrong with wanting an attraction back, or sharing with other fans how you'd like to see it done. But, as jonvn would probably agree, have fun and don't get TOO worked up about anything ever coming to pass in the real world. Just my two cents' worth.

If 'California' was chosen as the theme, you have to be more clever to make things work. Not the theme. It's the execution of the theme. Or have I said that 498 times since the opening of DCA?
