The stairs are used for the NOS musicians and the pirates to go off stage, we've seen them there many times, I wonder where they'll head to now.

The clearance rack? <sigh> And let me state officially I'm going to thumb my nose at anyone who's posts the line about Disneyland being ever changing mumbo jumbo, I just am. So there.

Who is making all these stupid merchandise decisions? Is Paul Pressler back ?

Please, please, PLEASE consider taking a step backward to the old days of themed shops with really interesting and UNIQUE items which you can't find anywhere else. The galleries on Main Street are fabulous examples. Why not a return to, say, an antiques store in Frontierland? The Star Wars store in Tomorrowland has some cool stuff, so why not take Star Trader and make it eually interesting with high-tech toys and hobbies? By that, I mean no robotic Pluto toys, NO fake ray guns and NO whirlygigs. Puh-leez.

If they want additional retail space, may I suggest the largely unused Big Thunder Trail area?

You could accually shop at Disneyland and no buy something Disney. It was great. Sounds funny, but I use to do my christmas shopping at DL. With the AP discount, it helped cut the cost and it was fun to shop there. Most people on my list never thought about shopping at DL, so I know they wont have what I bought them. Oh I miss those days. :-(
