I'm not surprised he wanted to be the one to announce the theme park version too

Originally Posted By Dr Hans Reinhardt "I'm not surprised he wanted to be the one to announce the theme park version too" I know, and that part isn't surprising. It's that he did it at D23. It's an event that in my mind doesn't have a lot of media focus. I guess it will from now on.

Even if they weren't exactly secrets before the Expo, it was great to get some official confirmation I'm not surprised that Iger was there; I'm pretty sure he's been at all of the Expos. The various division heads lead their respective presentations, so it only makes sense for the head honcho to show off some too. If nothing else, I think he typically presides over the Legends ceremony in some official manner, but it was interesting that he got more involved with the other presentations too

Originally Posted By Disneylandfan85 >>Oh, and I cosplayed as Goofy, and I got to actually meet and get pictures with Bill Farmer!<< In addition, I saw Bill at the Goofy Movie panel, along with Jason Marsden, Jim Cummings and Rob Paulsen, all great voice actors. I will also be seeing Jim at Sac Anime in a few weeks (on Labor Day weekend), along with Rob's old friend, Maurice LaMarche. Rob and Maurice are probably best remembered for the title roles in the cartoon show "Pinky and the Brain". And they can all be found on this documentary on Netflix about voice actors, called "I Know That Voice". I did not see the MiceAge booth, but I did see the LP booth from a distance and I got a calendar and a sweepstakes offer (a trip to Disneyland) from the MousePlanet booth. That didn't happen, though.
