The CMs were telling everybody the line was a 2 hour wait, as your link also says, but I'm here to tell you, it was only a 45 minute wait from the Emporium until I was in my boat. FWIW, I got to DL around 8:35ish & there were next to no lines to get in the park. I got in line at the Emporium at 8:45 & was in my boat at 9:30.
