So I'm strongly thinking the last week of June because the refurb/closure schedule looks promising and the crowds won't avalanche me. I am a full blown TDR addict and I need another fix; so what do you say---- parks by day and early evening and Shinjuku by night(pretty ambitious considering the two places are not exactly neighbors). TDLFAN, I'll bet you would be a great guide too; what are the chances of an appearance in late June?

Unless you really love Shinjuku, I know plenty of equally cool places to hang that are a lot closer to TDR (Ueno, Ginza, Akasaka, Asakusa, Roppongi, Odaiba...to name a few).

Then repeat to get back. So all told, its 8 hours of your day. But if you were up for it, we could hook up perhaps. Prices are about $320 each round trip. And there are about 3 or 4 trains an hour.
