After all, you insist Bush inherited a bad situation; can you provide evidence that Democrats didn't inherit a bad situation? Can you point to any bills that caused the problem? And of course, these would be bills that were not supported by Republicans and, ostensibly, vetoed by Bush and then overrode by Democrats, since it's all their fault, according to you.

The crowd was excited by Obama calling Bush's failed policy "a pig". That's all. There was some moron on an interview that said if it weren't a reaction to Palin it would've been a "flat reaction". Bull. I'll stand up and cheer that sentiment (about Bush, his failed policies, and my rejection of more of the same) anytime.

Doug, you are NOT stupid enough to insinuate that these companies SUDDENLY started talking on trillions in bad bets in 2006 and it just suddenly blew up in their face soon after. It's impossible. There wasn't enough TIME to set the whole thing up. These companies were on that road for YEARS. Even you can't be bold enough to claim that and try and pin this on the liberals. It's nothing but a ridiculous LIE Doug. Don't be a liar. Please. (in fact, YOU AND I talked about this back then, and *I* pointed out the dangers ahead, and this BEFORE the Democrat congress was elected...DO NOT BE A LIAR on this one, we both know too much)

So according to you, less than TWO months after taking power, these Democrats and their policies were so incredibly swift and powerful that they managed to booby trap and torpedo the entire financial structure of the biggest economy in the world? No wonder you hate and fear them so much.

You can't have it both ways.
