The ride is pretty devoid of theming most of the time. Not a thrill ride that rivals it? How bout Tower of Terror. Completely blows Everest out of the water, IMO.

But it's a Disney ride so I have a problem with a ride which theming is dark caves(that really aren't even dark *cough*lightbleeds*cough*). Other than the temple, broken trestle, and the Yeti(when working) the ride is devoid of anything I'd truly call theming especially when compared to an attraction like Big Thunder Mountain that is just check full of theming.

With Everest you have the pause at the two track switches, which fragments the thrill portion of the ride too much for me.

Unfortunately it (Everest) is one of the only reasons I come to AK. I'm sure I'm not alone.

You build an attraction around the most advanced AA ever, then you damn well better make sure he works almost all the time ... not pretty much never. It's a shame because EE:LotFM could have been a really great attraction ... and it isn't. ~Who cares whether you see the yeti ...
