And if so, it's their loss. DAK isn't a 'ride park' ... it just isn't ... and that's what makes it great. It is more akin to EPCOT ... a place where you take the whole into account more than how many E-Tix you can ride in a day. If people don't like animals, amazing vistas and some kewl attractions, then they shouldn't go ... they should go ride Space Mountain 1975 a few dozen times instead. ~Animals are amazing!~

The 1980's was the last time I enjoyed the MK - DL and DLP are so much more enjoyable to me. In fact, DAK and Epcot are the reasons to go to WDW (and because I can see the real thing of 40% of Epcot within a few hours travel, that isn't even that huge a draw anymore).

The fact remains that many people consider it a half day park. Couple that with the figures that attendance jumped nearly a million people at AK in the first year of EE existence. That is an extra 3,000 average per day! If you figure the average guest spends $50 (probably right including discounted tickets, food, etc...) that is a potential $50 million dollar hit.
