Cars Land (while I hate the name) is utterly fantastic. And I can't wait until Thursday when I (and probably a few others) will be making a special trip up to the park to see it all. I will post a reaction to it all after that trip, but this artwork combined with the success of TSMM makes me feel the use of the word Renaissance is entirely appropriate.

Yeah, because most of the stuff in there never changed, and hardly any of it ever got built. How long did that Discovery Bay/Circusland model sit there?

Ah, it's always a good day when concept art is released!

I also hope that they are able to continue the illusion of being small, since it doesn't appear that there will be any transitions on the other two entrances, like the cereal box that's there now. I think it's kind of funny how Tuck and Roll's Gently-Nudge-Em Buggies will be on the other side of the path from the rest of the attractions. I wonder how that will change (for better or worse) the number of people that ride it...

I hope we see a more "cleaned up" version of this map for sale a few years down the road as the construction starts to wrap up. So my guess is that the TOT/Cars Land connector road will still go around, and not through, FFF.

The constraint of the Micechat blogs don't allow for zooming in and getting a good close-up view. Bean, do you know if the exterior part of the Racers track is as expansive as the outside portion of the Epcot Test Track high speed run, so that we can really get a good long fast run out of it?
