Focus on the REAL PROBLEM, not just a favorite scapegoat. As I've pointed out before, if WDW is overdeveloping hotel properties (which it may be) I don't see how you can blame DVC. The entire room count of ALL WDW DVC properties is only about 2/3 the number of rooms at just the All Star Resorts.

On my most recent visit all restrooms I visited were fine, but not so last year. The men's room on the northwest side of Spaceship Earth was absolutely disgusting. Among other things, almost all towel dispensers were empty and there was feces on a toilet seat. "Timeshare Kingdom of the World" doesn't begin to be true either. Marriott has WAY MORE timeshare units in Orlando than DVC will ever have.

Majority of the people go to the resorts but if they closed all of the resorts and only had the parks then hotels would grab up those people, and other hotels would open. People will come to DIsney with or without the DVC. DVC (is great I would get one if I could afford it) is just like a member advantage.
