This will bring lots of tourists from Mainland China.

Therefore, it is the right time to agree upon HKDL's Expansion.

It's not boring ... to me ... at all.

It's a wonderful little park that still has plenty to do see, just not nearly what it should.

I was never bored in a full day there and still didn't see everything (came close though ... and did leave for 90 minutes to see the HKDL Hotel though).

No. That will always and forever reside in Anaheim. The one and only.

The Happiest Place in the HK SAR of The People's Republic of China, perhaps :)

Personally if I were Disney, and the real issue is getting the money from the government, then it seems to me this is partly a PR issue. If the people of Hong Kong were really sold on the idea of expansion like the were sold on the idea of first building the park, then that would put more pressure on the government to provide the funds

Since there is bitter feelings on both the part of the government and the taxpayers of HK, and a perception that the park is sub-standard... then you can see there is a real problem of perception for the product Disney is offering.

Now THAT sounds great to me.

How cool would it be to have Hong Kong Disneyland and Hong Kong Universal Studios right next to each other.

The ultimate park hopping experience. :D

AND, I would imagine each would be busily trying to outdo the other all the time, and also offering substantial discounts and incentives to spend more time in "their" neck of the woods.

    For the consumer...a HUGE win-win! :)
