Disney on Strike?

    Disney is not fighting competitively for the best workers.

    Another thing, Disney work rules are ridiculously "anal". I haven't seen such a ridiculously set of rules that make no sense and are counterproductive to the work environment and to customer service.

    But life goes on and the STRIKE will have dubious results since Disney has all the cards.

    Despite the fact that California is a liberal state, private unions are very weak in California. Working for the government unions is more lucrative.

    Get a job in the school district or other government agencies or departments.
