I much prefer it when cm's - many of whom really are great - offer a sincere smile (and you can usually tell) and say "enjoy your stay" or something like that. Something like a pleasant person would actually say if they weren't told to.

If you CHOOSE to lump yourself in, that speaks more to your own low self esteem. I was referring to the great unwashed mass of people that are rude, crude, inconsiderate and low class. As I am getting older I am unerstanding Harlan Ellison more and more. Yes, some people ARE better than others, simply by how they act. If somebody displays enough boorish, rude and trashy behaviour long enough, they are people I WILL NOT be with. If I MUST be stuck with them in a theme park, I AT LEAST reserve the right to label them "trash".

And that much money entitles you to admission to the park, and then the food and merchandise items you bought. Spending money for goods and services that Disneyland will sell to anyone doesn't mean you get an extra vote in anything. It just means you get the goods and services you purchase from said theme park. That's where the AP's get their reputation for feeling entitled, you see?<< All she was saying was she bought admission and also purchases food and merchandise. She said nothing about feeling entitled. In my opinion, what she was saying was that here on this website a lot of people are constantly putting down and critizing people who have Annual Passes. They assume that those people think they are “entitled” to certain privileges. Which may be true about a very small percentage of said APers. But I don’t think I’ve encountered many people who frequent this website who are like those APers and I, too, do not want to be categorized that way just because I have an AP. And as for her commenting that she spends money on food and merchandise, where did you get the idea she “gets an extra vote”??? You are reading something into what she said that just came out of nowhere. And bravo for post #34.

Or it could read Disney Presents Tom Sawyer Island.

"We've decided to close all the attractions at 2 PM, because guests told us they wanted more opportunities to visit our fine shopping and dining options. Have a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious day!" You aren't fooling anyone, you know. Marketing twits.

Not to the line outside. Why exactly is that CM so adamant that there be no more than three inches between me and that rather large man in cue in front of me for the thirty minutes we're going to stand in 85 degree heat waiting for the theater doors to open? Do they get extra points if they can get a thousand people to fill 1/3 of the available space rather than 1/2?
