It's definitely a cool place to hang out.

The shops that are already open are pretty unique, but most of these additions can be found in my local mall. Additionally, I'm disappointed in the emphasis on women's accessories, since I have no interest in buying those The restaurants sound good, but I hope that Disney is able to keep the quality up at them, since they will be operating them. They've been known to open ambitious restaurants, only to quietly streamline and dumb down the menus a few months later

Sure, the one at the Studios is going away soon, but it still seems a little overdone at this point. I don’t know what I would have used for a focal point of the newly-rebranded shopping area, but I would try to make it something new

Doesn't seem so overdone. "Overall, most of the newly-announced stores don't excite me much. But I agree with your overall point, I can probably find most of this stuff online for cheaper.

I don't mind the water towers. If you don't stay at the POR, you don't know that there's one. A water tower is so typical for US towns that I think it is appropriate to have a big one at DS.

There are plenty of other tall buildings nearby (including those massive new parking structures) that could easily hold cell equipment as well For what it's worth, I think they even have some cell equipment inside the castle at MK. With Disney's attention to detail, it seems like they could hide that sort of thing nearly anywhere

I was surprised when they announced that the then-new-ish Aladdin hotel in Vegas was getting converted to the Planet Hollywood, since it seemed like a dying brand then. Years later, I think Orlando and Vegas are the only places it exists. To quote Muppet Vision: What do they know, they're tourists!
