I must agree with that. And I think our first one was around $20. YIKES!!!!
We did it 3 times and had so much fun.
Since the Disneyland party has become so exclusive we have saved our money for other things.

Wow $20, I cant imagine anything costing that price at the DLR anymore. I do still have fun at the Halloween parties, we are going to be for the October 12th party! half the fun is dressing up and seeing everyone else getting into the fun.

There is speculation that next year the Halloween party will be back at DCA due to all the construction at Disneyland. It would be great to see some decorations back at DCA and see what they would come up with for the party.

It was lots of fun with Villain centers and talking scarecrows and free boardwalk games and dancing over by Monster Incs. I remember several encounters with pirates.
The first years were not very crowded either.

I would also like to see DCA get some Halloween decorations again in the future. The first few years, it had more stuff than DL (Candy Corn Acres, TOT enhancements, etc), but it faded quickly once the construction began and never really recovered. Ironically, the Candy Corn Acres decorations were designed knowing that the Sunshine Plaza wouldn't last too long and they could be moved to the farm area in the future; of course, now that all the construction is done, the farm area also got taken out

See you there! My kids will be Luke Skywalker and Anna. I may just wear my 1955 outfit from July 17th. My husband is working on a Donald Trump costume, complete with toupee.

    LOVE THIS!!

My husband is rethinking wearing a suit for his Trump costume. The forecast for Monday is 91 degrees. I think it'll still be OK if he just wears a shirt and red tie.
