    Are they kidding me?!

My answers would be crazy, sexy, and cool.

I have done the survey once, but have not even had the option of having one sent via email.

    1) Expectant. (Can't wait to get on this ride!)

2.) Relaxed and amused. (This boat ride is relaxing. I'm surrounded by beauty. I love the Animatronic animals. Oh ha ha ha. Real funny, dumb pun.)

    3) Happy. (Oh, man, I love this ride! No wonder it's still here! Awesome!)

Tasha, my daughter got her hair cut today. The girl who cut her hair reminded me of you, and I had to suppress the urge to hug her the whole time.

I'd much rather be asked one or two questions when exiting an attraction/ride than trying to come up with written words 2 weeks later about how I felt when exiting Innoventions.

People are funny... they'll gladly provide an email address, but bawk when you ask for a zip code. Really??

    A. Which do you prefer, spider bite or hit with a tire iron?
    B. Do you like hot soup?
    C. Would you allow acid to be thrown into your face?
    D. Which is your favorite Stooge?

    D. Moe (though Curly-Joe gets an honorable mention, just for being the 6th of the Three Stooges)

Generally, if people want to gripe, we're supposed to direct them to the main website (or Town Hall) and open up there. Our exit surveys (done when people are leaving) will ask specific "on a scale of..." questions about the rides they experienced that day, but that's it, and it's mostly in consideration for time. We have a LOT of surveys to do in allotted time frames (anywhere from 2 to 20 per hour), so there's not a lot of time to chat beyond the questions.

The majority of people rate it 8 to 10, meaning they got excellent value for money... even those who scrimp and save for months to get the family in (plus food, etc). No wonder the prices keep going up! It's directly connected to these surveys... start giving lower scores, and prices might actually stabilize or perhaps even come down! That's why we ask the questions.

I doubt it's related to the questions asked on surveys much at all.

It makes more sense that it's directly related to ticket sales. If they keep selling and packing the park everyday, they will keep jacking up prices regardless of the survey results. If 100% of people say they aren't getting enough value for the price but yet ticket sales continue to climb, the prices will continue to climb as well.

Companies like Disney and Universal dont care if you dont like their prices as long as you continue to come.

I would be surprised if an experienced theme park afficianado like yourself arrived late at a busy time of the year and paid single day prices(who does THAT?!?)and then expected DCA-like deserted conditions.

As Pauline Hanson once said, "Please explain".
