Sorry Mickeymouseclub that this happened to you..We have had issues as well I have always made my points in a good way with the hotel Management and just left it as that...We travel too far to let things like this ruin our time..Apart from some things the Hotels were Great..Except one Ramada Limited Suites..do not ever go there...They are not a good place...ant infested...pool is way below standards as far as being clean...just a bad place to stay...one of our own mistakes..to choose this place...might be better now..but never will go back... nothing was done for us..in any way...we were just glad to get out of there.. Hope you have a better stay next time..Don`t Worry Be Happy...I agree with Amazedncal2 ..she is 110 per cent correct.. There is no question about it..all I can say to the Hotel is...Shame on you..Shame, Shame, Shame, ....
