I saw a show on the Travel Channel about Tokyo DL and one of the things they mentioned was how everyone there dresses up to go to the parks. (and they don't have them get as big of a "splash" on the water rides b/c they have good clothes on.) I learned from the photos that we were like that at one time, too!
