I guess that's the only good thing about DLP's bad financial situation. However I have to admit that I wasn't bothered that much as well when I saw Jack at WDW.

I think the main problems are that they're kind of expensive, and they're not terribly comfortable (the batteries make it a little awkward), and (most importantly) the people wearing them don't even get to 'enjoy' what they add to the show. I would like to see them adapt the same technology to turn off everybody's light-up toys as they enter attractions. There's nothing worse than a flashing necklace a few cars down in the Haunted Mansion ballroom...

We bought such a hat at WDW as a souvenir from the Pirate & Princess Party, and tried to find one at DLRP as well, but couldn't find one. I guess they are much more popular in the US and it seems the visitors over there are more willing to wear them. I wouldn't wear them.

And I saw no one wearing the Glow with the Show ears at DLR in November when I was there.
