Nearly everything gets branded with the castle, because for most Europeans both parks together are Disneyland and that's associated with the castle.

Fiscal Year 2014 Reports First Half Results Six Months Ended March 31, 2014 • Resort revenues decreased 5% eflecting lower theme parks attendance and hotel occupancy linked to the continued economic softness in Europe and the sh ift of the Easter holiday period into April • Average spending per guest increased 2% in theme parks as the Group continues its strategy of improving the quality of the resort and the guest experience • Net loss increased by €18 million reflecting lower revenues, partially offset by a decrease in volume-related expenses and other costs • Launched the Swing into Spring festival in April and will open the new Ratatouille-themed attraction in July

Originally Posted By dagobert >>>Do schools in Europe have a spring break like in the US?<<< I can't speak for Europe, but in Austria schools are off for one and a half week. The week before Easter is off and Easter Monday and Tuesday are off as well. Depending on the date, we either went skiing or did a city trip. Many families go to DLP during the Easter holidays, because in the summer holidays many prefer a beach holiday. We have been to DLP during Easter once, and the parks were heavily crowded.

I'm headed to TDS this summer, so it will be interesting to see if Raging Spirits has also gotten rough with age It's also interesting that they're using see-through wrappings for the refurbishments on Main Street and at the Newport Bay Club. In the US they always try really hard to conceal any work (in WDW, they usually even have printed screens to look like the building they're covering), so this seems like a very different approach. It's also interesting that they don't have the temporary wooden walls around the bottom layer

If I'm not mistaken DLP was among the first Disney parks to use it. So I hope they will do it again. >>>The Indiana Jones coaster definitely looks a lot better after its refurbishment! We were surprised that the track was smoother than we had remembered. In fact both rides were pleasant experiences.
