Given that it's only 2.5 years away, it seems unlikely for a truly new attraction, but not completely implausible Everything for the Studios sounds great, but I'm not very optimistic that much of it will come to reality. It would be great to see the park get a DCA-style redo, but that just doesn't seem likely given the financial situation and constant restructuring. TSMM seems like an obvious choice, but I'm not sure there's room for it without demolishing or significantly rerouting the tram tour (removing the Dinotopia set); TSMM would probably be a bigger draw than the tram tour, but the park needs the attraction capacity I also like the idea of adding a large convention center; I think that could help draw people in during off-season times, and would probably be pretty successful considering how easy it is to get to DLRP from the rest of Europe (similar to the convention facilities in Orlando, for those traveling within the US). It's also interesting that the hotel section mentioned that they still have plans for a 3rd park, since I thought those plans were all dead. Are they contractually obligated to build a third, like they were for the second park?

After the bad start that was postponed until 2002. Then DLP opened WDSP despite the bad financial situation. That's the reason why WDSP was built so cheaply. Otherwise they would have lost all the land. In 2017 DLP had to open another park, but that was postponed until 2030. I don't know if that 3rd park was meant to be a themepark, a water park or Villages Natures.

It's still a good site for rumours, but when was the last time that something he claimed to happen, really happened? I know plans constantly change at DLP because of the financial situation, but he should be more clear in his articles that he is just talking about rumours.

However he is an ops guy - it is a very different role stepping up to run an entire resort including making decisions about future direction.

Thanks to his book he knew some Imagineers and some people at DLP and so he got informations about the resort. But in recent years he writes about rumours that never turn into reality. >>>He was a very popular exec at DCL - you won't find CMs that didn't like Tom. Isn't Tom Wolber German? In the interview he had an accent when speaking in German. I guess he lived too long in the US.

I'm a sucker for a good model, so I'd love to see those in person some time
