Hopefully that effect will last longer than the last time.

Mr. Gas mentioned in a round table discussion that ED SCA has €500 mio to spend until 2017. Maybe ED SCA did another financial restructuring?

I have never seen the ride working and so I would also be fine with the removal of the Ferris Wheel. Disney should use the extra space for a nice outdoor seating area.

I was there in summer of 95 as well and I never was sure whether I saw it in operation, but thought I did. So thanks for the confirmation.

I still really like that corner at the windmill, it's a perfect place for a coffee break or so. So adding more seating would be perfect.

I think I rode it on my second or third visit ('94 or '96)... Actually, it wasn't much of a ride. Slow loader, too. It added kinetics to the land, though.

At this point, I'd join in hoping they remove the ferris wheel (but leave the mill as snack bar). If not, I sure hope they do a better job of blocking the entrance to the load station.

Over the years, the gate leading to the station was never locked. And some people used this small hidden corner for all sorts of things...

It's really incredible how stupid some guests behave at DLRP.

I think they will remove the wheel, it would be the perfect time, since they are also replacing the roof.

Hmm, interesting information... Perhaps I should remember that in case I would need it one day. ;-)

But I guess we will see the ferris wheel go away, so that nook will be gone, too, I guess.

Also, I am not keen on the princess M&G, it clashes with the Mary Blair style design of It's a Small World. I hope it looks better when it is finished.
