ED SCA never tells anything about new rides, because they fear that guests would postpone their trip. All we know until now is, that Ratatouille will open in 2014.

However Philippe Gas mentioned it several times during roundtable discussions and if I'm not mistaken Ratatouille might have also been mentioned at shareholder conderfence. Until now Disney hasn't released any concept arts. The one showing the outside of the building was found by a French fan, who paid a visit to the local town council, where Disney has to submit the blueprints.
