As for the parking deck and Monorail, they are both outside the park and related to modes of transportation. Also Disneyland and TDR are, to my knowledge, the only resorts with either. I said "in a certain respect." They're both structures that can be found in the "real world" - not necessarily Disney- or theme park-related...malls have parking garages, cities have monorails.
